I love to talk about the things in life that lay under the surface. I absolutely love creating an open, safe, and gentle space to sit with people in whatever is true for them. Nothing feels off-limits to me.

I teach clients new ways to connect with themselves, others, and the world around them. The therapeutic relationship is a true place of growth and expansion. I do not believe people are simply a diagnosis or are fundamentally broken. I believe in the innate healing capacity within all of us- we only need to collaboratively create an environment that will allow for the unfolding of what you need to transform you and your life.

I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I continue to deepen my learning through additional training and certifications in somatic and integrative mental health care.
